Over the years, the expansion of a large number of polyaldehyde resins in the Chinese market has raised concerns about overcapacity. Because the resin does not contain ester bond in the structure, it has good water resistance. The primary key contains a lot of cyclohexyl groups, which makes it heat resistant. In addition, the polarity of ketone group and hydroxyl group makes it have wide solubility, miscibility, good pigment wettability and adhesion. Therefore, polyketone resin can be compatible with both compounds with high polarity and compounds with low polarity. It is suitable for most inks, coatings and adhesive systems. It is used to improve the quick drying, gloss, adhesion, leveling, moisturizing, weather resistance and solid content of inks, coatings and adhesives. It is an ideal raw material for inks, coatings and adhesives.

Dosage and supply form of polyketone resin

● the dosage is usually 3 – 30% of the total solids, which produces a good modification effect.

● supply form: white or light yellow powder, packaged in paper plastic composite bag, with a net weight of 25kg.

● keep dry, ventilated and away from fire source during storage and transportation. The storage period is one year. Prevent direct sunlight and rain during transportation.
