1. Pay attention to the principle of paint color matching. Generally, do not use more than three kinds of paint. For example, in the deployment of medium green, any yellow and blue can be deployed into medium green, but only when the purity of yellow and blue is good, the reduced medium green is pure and bright. The other is to deploy according to the requirements of the model, which is highly demanding and highly technical, which is not easy for ordinary oil workers. Mainly rely on practical experience and compare with the color palette to identify which monochromes are composed of the color of the excellent palette and the approximate proportion of each monochrome, and then try to mix with the same variety of coatings. After being approved by the design and construction unit, the same color as the template shall be painted with the same or similar coating method as the template.

2. The mixing of coating consistency is too thick due to storage or climate. Aldehyde ketone resin manufacturers should add an appropriate amount of diluent into the coating to reduce its consistency to meet the construction requirements. The amount of diluent should not exceed 20% of the coating weight, which will reduce the film performance. The diluent must be used together with the coating and cannot be abused to avoid quality accidents. For example, shellac paint should use ethanol, while nitro paint should use banana water.
