Vinyl chloride vinyl acetate binary copolymer resin (HBX-14 is equivalent to vyhh of Dow and E15 / 45 of Wacker)
High molecular weight binary chloroacetic acid resin has roughly 87% vinyl chloride and 14% vinyl acetate. Hbx-14 provides an ideal balance of chemical resistance, solubility, film strength and thermoplastic. Hbx-14 is usually dissolved in a relatively strong solvent / diluent combination, such as ketone solvent / aromatic diluent (50 / 50 wt%). It is mainly used in maintenance paint, PVC paper ink, magnetic card and magnetic card adhesive, rubber and plastic products, cable material, Pu color paste color film, leather surface treatment agent, calcium plastic floor and compact disc.

highest molecular weight binary chloroacetic acid resin has roughly 90% vinyl chloride and 10% vinyl acetate. HBX-10 is usually dissolved in relatively strong ketone systems to provide a resin solution with a solid content of 13% - 17%. Hbx-10 is used where extreme toughness, weather resistance and chemical resistance are required. Due to its excellent tear properties, hbx-10 is ideal for peelable coatings. Hbx-10 is often combined with HBX-13 to increase the amount of sprayable solids.

The low molecular weight resin has a general composition of 60% vinyl chloride and 40% vinyl acetate. HBX-40 provides an ideal balance of chemical resistance, solubility, excellent transparency, film strength and thermoplastic, and has excellent interlayer adhesion. Generally, HBX-40 is dissolved in a relatively strong solvent / diluent combination, such as ketone solvent / aromatic diluent (50 / 50 wt%) can also be well dissolved in weak polar solvents, such as ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. HBX-40 has greater solubility and can reach 30% solid resin solution in ketone solvent / aromatic diluent. It is mainly used in maintenance paint, plastic paint, ink, inkjet ink, master paper adhesive of all-in-one machine, magnetic card adhesive, Pu color paste and color chip.
