A. Because of the special materials and processes, the hydroxyl value of 120 polyketide resin is up to about 260, without any odor residue, heavy metals, non-toxic, and more environmentally friendly; Suitable for food packaging ink, tipping paper ink, cigarette box polish, paper polish, leather polish, footwear polish, nail polish, etc. It can significantly improve the glossiness, adhesion, fast drying, leveling and printability of the system. B. 120 polyketone resin mixed with nitrocellulose, polyamide resin, alkyd resin, acrylic resin, maleic anhydride resin, rosin resin, etc. can be used for plastic surface printing ink, plastic composite ink, aluminum foil ink, bronzing ink, gold and silver cardboard ink, anti-counterfeiting ink, adhesive foil ink, transparent ink, heat transfer printing ink, etc., which can significantly improve the glossiness, adhesion, leveling, fast drying, etc. It is recommended to use about 2% - 5% in the whole system.
C. Polyketone resin is used in solvent based gravure, flexographic and screen printing inks to improve the pigment wettability, glossiness, printability and solid content of the ink. It is recommended to use 3% - 8% in the whole system.
D. Polyketone resin used in ballpoint pen inks can make them have special rheological properties. These properties can make the ink not dry in the writing tool but quickly solidify after writing.
E. Polyketone resin can be used for inks and color lakes, and can give water resistance to ball type, felt type and fiber type pen inks.
F. The toner for copier can be made by mixing polyketide resin and styrene modified acrylic tree.
